Cemetery of the Eternals: Farm ring drop & side zone bosses
Aim for an Iron Ring with flat damage. Check haunted chests for gear and support gems. Link second Elemental Armament to Fragmentation Round.
King of the Mists: Claim Spirit Gem & activate Herald of Ice
Link Herald of Ice with a spare Elemental Armament if available for fast clear. Defeat the Act 1 final boss!

Act 2: Mark, Rage & First Ascendancy

Makes enemies freeze significantly faster and grants extra damage for 13 seconds upon freezing.
Tier 2 Support: Cut Infernal Cry + Auto Raging Cry
Grants instant Rage, which acts as a huge MORE attack damage multiplier for Fragmentation Round.
Execute Full Boss Rotation: Mark → Freeze → Cry → Frag
1. Cast Freezing Mark → 2. Freeze with Permafrost Bolts → 3. Trigger Infernal Cry for Rage → 4. Spam Fragmentation Round.
Tier 3 Supports: Cut Close Combat Support
Add Close Combat to Fragmentation Round and Permafrost Bolts. (Only use Cold Attunement if weapon does not have flat fire/lightning).
Complete Trial 1: Allocate Essence of Virtue (Virtuous Body)
Grants bonus maximum Life, boosted Evasion/Energy Shield, and essential early sustain.

Configure Weapon Set 1: Flameblast Passives
Allocate: Ignite deals damage faster, Fire Damage, Flame Keeper, Spell/Attack Ignite Magnitude, and Searing Heat. Bind Flameblast to Weapon Set 1.
Configure Weapon Set 2: Oil Grenade Passives
Allocate: Projectile Speed & Damage, Cooldown Recovery Rate, +1 Grenade charge usage, AoE, and Movement Speed. Bind Oil Grenade to Weapon Set 2.
Bind Elemental Weakness & Tornado to both weapon sets
Tornado is essential for hitting flying enemies that ignore ground burning puddles.
Audit gear: Confirm ZERO Added Fire Damage on attacks
Check your character sheet and gear to ensure no attack adds flat fire. Then channel 10-stage Flameblast and spread the inferno with Oil Grenades!
